If you cancel 60 days in advance you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after the 60 days and we are able to rebook the unit you will receive a full refund.
Yes. The cleaning fee is different with each unit. It will be posted right above the rate schedule for each property.
There is also a 50.00 non-refundable pet deposit in units that allow pets.
The golf course and restaurant are open to the public.
If the town home you have reserved has a Golf membership attached you will receive
2 Golf Compensation passes for the primary renter and a guest. All guest will be able to use all of the club facilities which include our hot tub,Swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness center. Private accsess fishing to our 1.3 miles Gold medal waters of the Rio Grande River.
You can check in at The Rio Grande Club during business hours.
If you need a late check in time we will make arrangements before you arrive.
