The mountains are calling, and this town home is in the heart of all the fun mountain activities! It is directly on the 3rd hole tee box for the award-winning Rio Grande Club golf course and has a direct view of the beautiful Rio Grande river with a mile and a half of Gold Medal Waters and amazing bird watching right off of the back patio. It’s dual gas fireplaces make it the perfect place to warm up and relax after a day of skiing or snowboarding at Wolf Creek (17 miles away), snow shoeing, or cross-country skiing. With it’s close proximity to the National Forest, your summer days can be filled with hiking, riding atv’s, and any other outdoor activity your heart desires.
This town home includes discounted golf for two per day and allows access to the club amenities (fees apply) such as unlimited catch and release fishing, gym, pool and hot tub access, and dinning at the Club House Restaurant or bar. This town home sleeps 10 people and its spacious and open design does so comfortably. It has a beautifully appointed kitchen that allows you to cook any meal you can think of or you can enjoy a luxury meal at the Clubhouse with just a short 2-minute drive. The kitchen has bar seating for 2 and the table seats 6 with an additional folding table and chairs to accommodate 4 more guests. The downstairs also has a pull-out queen size bed and a full bathroom.
The relaxing and oversize Master bedroom boasts its own gas fireplace and its own balcony to take in the amazing views and even better sunsets. With a full desk and extra screen set-up in the Master you can tend to your work, then unplug and enjoy the serene views and seclusion offered in this master. The master bath has a free-standing shower and an oversize tub that is perfect for relaxing in after a day spent in the beautiful outdoors.
The additional two bedrooms upstairs offer one queen bedroom and one room with a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed as well. Both rooms can comfortably sleep adults or kids alike. The shared bathroom is well appointed with a shower/tub combo and a fully stocked linen closet in the hallway. The washer and dryer are located upstairs making it easy to start a load. Each room is equipped with a wireless phone charge/noise machine/Bluetooth speaker/Alarm Clock to ensure that you can stay connected while unplugging.
